ROSA remodels the office at its headquarters in Mainhausen. That way, a modern working environment with additional meeting rooms as well as relaxation areas were created, and the generous range of workplaces was maintained through an expedient redesign.

ROSA opens an office in Stuttgart in order to better serve customers in the Stuttgart area with this regional representation.

Additional areas of Automotive and Aerospace arise from the successful industrial IT engineering. ROSA thereby successively expands new lines of business starting from the former main areas of Process und IT Engineering and that way creates the basis for a successful company in the future as well.

Expansion of Process Engineering. Job profiles of mechanical engineering are included in the service portfolio and the area is renamed to Plant Engineering and Construction & Mechanical Engineering. In addition, the company develops its own field of competence: rope access. This lays the foundation for its own field of knowledge – ROSA thereby continues to be an engineering service provider

Expansion of the service portfolio with areas of Business IT.

2012 
The company is renamed to ROSA AG. In parallel, the divisions are reorganized as separate profit centers following the successful establishment of Industrial IT Engineering in the interest of more efficient controlling and greater focus. The profit centers are managed as independent companies: ROSA Experts AG & Co KG for traditional engineering services, ROSA Medical AG & Co KG for placements particularly in the medical sector, and ROSA Ingtec GmbH for its own engineering services. This lays the foundation for the future sustainable growth of ROSA in other sectors and regions as well.

2009  
ROSA develops IT as a new field of competence and expands the range of services and core team in the interest of more marketable engineering services.

2005  
Reorganization of ROSA Engineering AG. The aim is to expand the good market position and process optimization.

2000  
Restructuring of the company into a joint stock company, ROSA Engineering AG. It takes into account the desire for equity financing on a broad basis as well as the involvement of employees in the company.

Since 1997  
the company’s focus is on providing specialists for comprehensive plant and process engineering projects. The strategy to bundle activities in specific technologies has proved its worth. Project management and project controlling, consulting as well as the placement of specialized employees are the core skills of the company.

1995  
The company is expanded and aligned with the requirements of the current market situation. The service portfolio is supplemented by the placement of experts for plant planning and plant engineering and construction in the oil, gas and chemical industries. Within two years, this area generates 90 percent of total sales with 24 employees.

1982  
Start of the engineering firm ROSA GBR. The company focusses on providing engineering services for the energy and environmental industries. It is named after the founder and engineer Karl Rosa.
