Beschreibung:

• Your responsible fort the Preparation of training plans acc. AGU reports (review of reports and planning appropriate number of sessions)
• You take care of the alignment training sessions dates with vendors/trainers and AGU, bi-weekly meeting with AGU ( booking meeting rooms, coordinate with AGU submission on the AGU platform)
• Your responsible for the Organization of training equipment/materials where applicable (RESPRAZ, FORKRAZ, MWPRAZ, room disinfection)
• You Coordination of onsite training (coordination with trainer and participants, lists of participants, AGU credits, certificates for participants)
• Furthermore your responsible for the following tasks:
• o Purchase for EHS (Covid: masks, tests; hazmat stickers,…)
• o Check inventory (Covid supply, office supply, other EHS material) - person needs to be on-site
• o Keep stock on FAMIS (masks) and Reception (tests and FFP2 Masks on good level- on site
• o Check on and organize regular needed measurements (Industrial Hygiene)
• o Empty first aid mail box, check for missing data, check if OSER needed
• o Update findings in Smartsheet (check on comments, communication with owners/ facility)
