Beschreibung:

• Your main responsibilities are to coach two teams on Scrum and SAFe values, principles and practices
• Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress and performance
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to align the team's goals and priorities with the program and portfolio vision
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, feedback and innovation within the team and across the organization
