Contract types at a glance Our diverse services are available to you under contract types tailored to the specific situation.
Secondment ContractSecondment of staff pursuant to §§ 1 and 2, AGÜ (German Secondment Act) is a contract type frequently chosen for project activities based at our clients? offices.
This model offers you maximum flexibility in project execution, regardless of the type of project. The term of assignment under a secondment contract is limited to 12 to a maximum of 24 months. Longer assignments are possible, subject to certain restrictions. We are in the possession of a secondment license IIb1-7161.21/8363 and are thus subject to the ongoing supervision of the Labour Office of the State of Hesse.
Your benefits as the client: Our staff are fully integrated in your team. ROSA Engineering AG remains the employer and assumes the respective obligations vis-à-vis its staff working at your offices.
Service Contract:The service contact pursuant to §§ 611, 614 and 627 German Civil Code is the contract type of choice whenever it comes to special services like interim management and consultancy services.
This contract type offers itself for open or semi-open projects as well as for services with special requirements as to confidentiality. There are no temporal or local restrictions with this type of contract.
Our managers and consultants will be integrated into your project until delivery of the contractually agreed tasks and services. We are contributing the know-how and experience of our expert staff to your organization.
Contract for Work and Services: Whenever the supplies and services involved in the particular project are clearly defined, our services will be provided under a Contract for Work and Services (Werkvertrag) pursuant to §§ 631 et seq., German Civil Code.
The scope of services and the details of project execution will be agreed with you before the commencement of the project. Our common goal is the accomplishment of the contractually agreed objectives which will be the yardstick for our performance. Compliance with the contractually agreed time schedule, scope of work and project organization will be our responsibility.
The staff assigned to the project reports to our project manager and remains under his functional and disciplinary authority. We will be liable to you for contract performance. |
