Secondment LicenceSecondment of staff pursuant to §§ 1 and 2, AGÜ (German Secondment Act) is a contract type frequently chosen for project activities based at our clients? offices.
This model offers you maximum flexibility in project execution, regardless of the type of project. The term of assignment under a secondment contract is limited to 12 to a maximum of 24 months. Longer assignments are possible, subject to certain restrictions.
We are in the possession of a secondment license IIb1-7161.21/8363 and are thus subject to the ongoing supervision of the Labour Office of the State of Hesse. |
